Terms & Conditions:
(a) Full payment must be received by May 1, 2026.
(b) May 1, 2026 is the deadline date to cancel registration.
(c) Cancellations received on or before May 1, 2026 will be refunded 75% of the registration
fee.
(d) Cancellations received after May 1, 2026 will be non-refundable.
(e) Request for changes or cancellation must be sent from the email address in your registration form.
(f) Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason.
* Non-family members are not allowed within the same package and each package is strictly for one family only.
As an attendee of the FSNONA Convention 2026, I acknowledge and accept responsibility for the safety, liability and medical insurance for me and the members listed in the registration form. I will not hold FSNONA, the convention facility or other attendees of the Convention responsible for the safety and liability during our stay at the convention site. In case of emergency, I give my permission for medical treatment. I agree to abide by Local, State and Federal Laws. Any damages to the hotel property caused by any of the above persons will be my responsibility.
